Reach Interested Car Buyers
Millions of people search for cars on Facebook Marketplace every day. Auction123 has added integration to automatically post your vehicles to Marketplace, presenting the ultimate opportunity to be where your customers currently shop. By listing on Marketplace, you can communicate with car buyers in real-time using Facebook Messenger while they’re actively shopping for a vehicle.
Best of all, your postings on Marketplace are free! At this time, Facebook currently supports used cars, trucks, and motorcycles only. Contact Auction123 today by calling (888) 514-0123, Option 2 or emailing Sales@Auction123.com. You will need to be subscribed to the Auction123 Mobile Marketplace package to get started on Marketplace.
Your dealership must have a Facebook Page and a way to quickly reply to the leads you’ll receive through Messenger. You will need to actively monitor and reply to interested buyers via your own Messenger app, or if your dealership subscribes to a chat provider listed below, let them know you would like to set up Messenger integration.
We are excited to bring this opportunity to your dealership, helping you to reach millions of interested car buyers on Marketplace!

eBay is experiencing an error which is causing some dealers to receive notifications regarding free listings available on their eBay account. If you have received an email regarding unused listings on your eBay subscription package or see a notification on your Auction123 Dashboard of available free eBay listings, please disregard.
For dealers on an eBay listing subscription package, the counter in the upper right-hand corner of your Auction123 Dashboard outlining the number of listings you have remaining for the month is not accurate. If you are unsure of the number of listings you have remaining on your package, please contact eBay Customer Support.
eBay is aware of the issue and will be working to get this corrected. If you have any questions, please reach out to Auction123 Support at (888) 514-0123, Option 2 or email Support@Auction123.com.
On Monday, August 14th, you will need to update the Auction123 Craigslist application running on a Windows PC(s) at your dealership. These updates are due to security certificate changes with the application and are necessary for your Craigslist tool to function. Once we push these changes live, you should receive a notification that an update is available or you can check for updates yourself. Follow the instructions below to complete the process.
Right-click on the “123” logo in your system tray and select “Check for Updates.”
Once completed, you will see a pop-up stating “Windows protected your PC”. You will then need to click on “More info“, then click the button that states “Run anyway” to start the process.
A window will then open asking if you would like to install the Auction123 Launcher Application. Click “Install” to complete the update process.
If this process is not completed prior to 8/22/2017, the Auction123 Craigslist Application will no longer run, disabling your ability to list or manage postings. Please contact Auction123 Support at (888) 514-0123, Option 2 if this occurs or if you need any assistance.
